Next.js, ready for what comes next
I design and build a site in Next.js. Today it can be informational. The base stays ready to integrate what the business needs afterwards.
What this is
A website, here, is a Next.js site of up to six screens, fast and in your voice. Today it can be informational. The base stays ready for a form, and later for payments or APIs, without rebuilding from scratch. It includes responsive design, titles, description, Open Graph and the deploy. A full shop, a private area, or writing the whole site when the content does not exist yet are quoted separately.
Experience
The stack I actually work in is TypeScript, React, Next.js and Vercel. This site is built that way. At Falabella, as product manager for ecommerce continuous improvement, I walked the full purchase journey: publish, pay, dispatch and return. I do not hand over a generic theme. I hand over a base that can be extended when the business asks, with the scope written from the start.
How I work
I use two ways of ordering the work. They are not creeds. Each one fits a different moment.
Waterfall
First we write the whole path and what sits outside it. Then we build in that order. It fits when the scope can already be named: a six-screen site, an integration between two systems, an Odoo start with three modules. You know what you will receive before we begin.
Scrum
The work is split into short weeks. Each week something usable is shown, and we decide what comes next. It fits when the detail is still being found: an agent's tone, the question that actually reaches the bot, the priority in a backlog.
The published package is the frame: scope, timing, and what is quoted separately. That is waterfall. Inside it there is a weekly review: we look, we correct, we carry on. That is Scrum. I hold a Scrum Master certificate and Scrum Foundations, plus a Green Belt for when the problem is operational rather than fashionable.
Who it is for
Brands, labels, projects and services that need their own presence, not a generic theme.
